Who processes your data

What data is collected

You can get in touch through the form on the contact page or directly by email. The only data processed is what you provide yourself:

• your name and email address;
• the content of your message and the details of your project;
• where applicable, your company name and phone number.

The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards your message to the AS DIGITAL address without building a database for commercial purposes. No account is created and no profile is built. If you would rather avoid any intermediary, write directly to a.siprashvili@live.fr.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics tool. No advertising tracker, no social media button, no font loaded from a third-party server: the fonts are served from the site itself.

Should an analytics tool be added later, this page would be updated and a consent banner put in place before anything is stored.

Why, and on what legal basis

Your data is used solely to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quote and, where applicable, to carry out the agreed work. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request, followed by performance of the contract.

How long it is kept

• Enquiry with no follow-up: three years from the last exchange.
• Contractual relationship: for the term of the contract, then for the statutory retention period applying to accounting records.

Who has access

Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor passed on for commercial purposes. It is accessible to Ani Siprashvili and to the technical providers strictly necessary to the relationship: Web3Forms (form delivery), Cloudflare (site hosting) and the email service used for correspondence.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to a.siprashvili@live.fr: you will receive a reply within one month.

If you reside in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.

Security

Exchanges with this site are encrypted (HTTPS), the form included. Messages received are kept in a password-protected mailbox. No prospect database is built from this site.
