How does a project start?
A conversation to frame the need, then a detailed quote: scope, price, deadline, deliverables. The order becomes firm when the quote is signed and the deposit received. Anything outside the scope is priced before it is done, never after.
Who owns what is delivered?
You do, as soon as payment is complete. The code, the configurations and the content produced are transferred to you. Reusable components that predate the project remain the property of AS DIGITAL, which may reuse them elsewhere — this places no limit whatsoever on your use of the deliverable.
Who pays for hosting, APIs and AI models?
You do, directly. Subscriptions are taken out in your name, or passed on at exact cost as set out in the quote. No hidden margin on third-party services, and you keep control of your own accounts.
What if the agent gets it wrong?
It will get things wrong. A system built on AI produces probabilistic output, not certainties. That is why every project includes safeguards: confidence thresholds, handover to a human, a readable log. Oversight stays on your side, and the interface is built to make that straightforward.
What happens after delivery?
Faults attributable to the development work are fixed at no charge during the warranty period set out in the quote. Beyond that, or to extend the scope, a new quote applies. Nothing obliges you to take out a maintenance contract.
Is the work done remotely?
Yes. AS DIGITAL is based in Tbilisi and works remotely, by video call and in writing. Exchanges are dated and on the record, which beats a meeting nobody kept a trace of.
